What are the minimum order requirements? ANSWER

When I place a will call order, how long before I can come pick it up? ANSWER
Will calls are generally ready for pick up within 2 hours.
What is the cut off time for an order to be shipped from the MDC same day? ANSWER
If orders are in the system prior to 12 noon, and the item is stocked at the MDC, it will ship same day.
Do you stock any lines locally other than Lithonia? ANSWER
Yes. We warehouse several products locally and are always adding to our list. Currently, Highlites, Nora and Venture are all stocked in our warehouse.
Who do I contact to get an IES file or photometry information? ANSWER

Who do I contact for catalog or literature requests? ANSWER

I would like to obtain a quotation for an upcoming project.
What information do I need to provide? ANSWER
Job name, location and date the job bids. Also, we need to know the name of the specification firm before we can quote you; Architect, Engineer and Lighting Designer are all important to us. It is also helpful to know the name of the electrical contractor or end user you are bidding.
